As Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of The Now Factory, Tom Morrisroe is responsible for the company’s Worldwide operations and strategic vision. He has an extensive entrepreneurial background in the telecoms industry where he has held a number of key business leadership roles. Prior to The Now Factory, Tom was co-founder of Arantech and a member of the executive management team where he pioneered Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions for the mobile industry. At Arantech, he guided the company to the number one market position, securing key Tier-1 global contracts until the company was successfully sold in 2008. He holds a BEng degree from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
Liam Griffin is Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for The Now Factory where he is responsible for developing and driving the company’s sales and business development strategies. Before joining The Now Factory, Liam was CCO with Norkom Technologies which he helped establish in 1998, and played a key role in designing and executing its international expansion, helping the company grow to over 400 employees and a base of 130+ global clients. Prior to Norkom, he was Sales Director for Cap Gemini’s business operations in Ireland.
As Chief Operations Officer and co-founder of The Now Factory, Stan Danilov is responsible for the company’s R+D and innovation strategy. Prior to The Now Factory, Stan founded Vero Technologies, an international software company for the telecoms industry and managed multiple large scale, innovative projects across Europe involving development teams in Dublin, Prague and St. Petersburg. A former lecturer in Mathematics and Computer Science and graduate of Pomorsky International University of Russia, Stan co-authored a number of patents applied in wireless data GPRS and 3G networks.
Paul Colgan is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for The Now Factory where he is responsible for developing and driving the company's technical vision and product strategy. Prior to becoming CTO, Paul had been Engineering Manager with The Now Factory where he was responsible for the company's innovation strategy and developing the World-leading Sourceworks IP probing technology, which is in use in over 31 Communication Service Providers (CSPs) today. He previously worked with Openet Telecom and Logica where he was involved in the development of key strategic product solutions. He holds a BEng from D.C.U. and an MBA from Smurfit Business School, Dublin, Ireland.
Michael Darcy is Chief Financial Officer of The Now Factory. Prior to joining The Now Factory, Michael spent 5 years as Finance Director with Cable & Wireless Ireland where he was responsible for the business based in both Northern and Southern Ireland. Previously Michael worked for Ernst & Young in the Middle East. He holds a B. Comm. from UCD and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
As Chief Software Architect for The Now Factory, Pavel Zakharov is responsible for designing the company's extensive range of software applications. With an extensive project management and systems architecture background, he has considerable experience in large scale systems design and operation, high volume transaction processing and engineering management. Pavel designed and developed software for financial institutions and telecommunication service providers. Pavel holds a Bachelor and Master in System Engineering from Moscow State Technical University.
As VP of Sales and Partnerships, David Andrews has a strong focus on delivering value to operators through products and solutions that address operator needs and exceed operator expectations. David has an extensive background in the telecoms industry and has worked for extended periods in Asia, central Europe and Africa. Prior to joining The Now Factory, David worked in a number of technical and customer-facing management roles with Arantech, a leading pioneer of Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions for the mobile industry. David holds a Master of Science Degree in Mathematical Physics from University College Dublin and is a McCrea Medal Winner.
Conor O’Kane is the Director of Engineering for The Now Factory and is responsible for overseeing the company’s product design, development and support activities. Conor has an extensive history of engineering management positions in start-up companies and large multinationals, working both in Ireland and the US. Prior to The Now Factory, Conor was Head of Product Development with WeDo Technologies and CAPE Technologies. He has also held engineering management positions with LogicaCMG, Vodafone Ireland and Sharp Electronics. Conor holds a BSc. from Dublin City University, an MSc. from The Queens University of Belfast and an MBA from Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin.
Aidan McHugh is responsible for The Now Factory's manufacturing, product deployments and post-sale support activities. Prior to The Now Factory, Aidan was a Business Operations Manager in Arantech and European Director Of Professional Services with Newbay Software. In both these roles, Aidan was responsible for managing the delivery of multiple large-scale, complex and innovative projects in the telecom sector across Europe, AsiaPac and the US. With over 24 years experience in the IT industry, Aidan is an honours Commerce graduate from University College Dublin.
Oliver Finn is responsible for The Now Factory’s global marketing strategy. With an extensive background covering 16 years in the telecoms and communications industries, Oliver has worked in a number of key sales and marketing executive roles with leading companies in the US and EMEA including Interactive Enterprise, Marconi Communications and D-Link Systems. He holds a Master of Economic Science degree from University College Dublin, Ireland.
