As CEO of The Now Factory, Tom Morrisroe is responsible for the company’s worldwide operations and strategic vision. He has an extensive entrepreneurial background in the telecoms industry where he has held a number of key business leadership roles. Prior to The Now Factory, Tom was co-founder of Arantech and a member of the executive management team where he guided the company to the number one market position, securing key tier-1 global contracts until the company was successfully sold in 2008. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Limerick, and business qualifications from Stanford University.
As CCO of The Now Factory, Liam Griffin is responsible for developing and driving the company’s sales and business development strategies. Before joining The Now Factory, Liam was CCO with Norkom Technologies which he helped establish in 1998, and played a key role in designing and executing its international expansion, helping the company grow to over 400 employees and a base of 130+ global clients. Prior to Norkom, he was Sales Director for Cap Gemini’s business operations in Ireland.
As COO of The Now Factory, Stan Danilov is responsible for the company’s R&D and innovation strategy. Prior to The Now Factory, Stan founded Vero Technologies, an international software company for the telecoms industry and managed multiple large scale, innovative projects across Europe involving development teams in Dublin, Prague and St. Petersburg. A former lecturer in Mathematics and Computer Science and graduate of Pomorsky International University of Russia, Stan co-authored a number of patents applied in wireless data GPRS and 3G networks.
As CTO of The Now Factory, Paul Colgan is responsible for developing and driving the company’s technical vision and product strategy. Prior to becoming CTO, Paul had been Engineering Manager with The Now Factory where he was responsible for the company’s innovation strategy and developing the World-leading Sourceworks IP probing technology, which is in use in over 31 Communication Service Providers (CSPs) today. He previously worked with Openet Telecom and Logica where he was involved in the development of key strategic product solutions. He holds a BEng from Dublin City University and an MBA from Smurfit Business School, Dublin, Ireland.
As CPSO of The Now Factory, John Keane is responsible for working with our clients to create innovative solutions that allow them to leverage their mobile data assets. Prior to joining The Now Factory, John worked in a number of Executive roles in Norkom Technologies including Professional Services, Product Management and Engineering. John has a strong track record in the Telecommunications and Financial Services sector using data analytics to enable clients to make informed fact based decisions. John holds an M.Eng and B.Eng degrees in Electronic Engineering from Dublin City University.
As Chief Software Architect of The Now Factory, PavelZakharov is responsible for designing the company’s extensive range of software applications. With project management and systems architecture background, he has considerable experience in large scale systems design and operation, high volume transaction processing and engineering management. Pavel has designed and developed software for financial institutions and telecommunication service providers. He holds a Master’s Degree in System Engineering from Moscow State Technical University.
Orla is responsible for Organisational Development and HR. Prior to joining The Now Factory, Orla spent 5 years with Leading Organisational Development Consultants Sheppard Moscow where she was a Partner. In her consulting role, Orla worked with many leading Irish and multinational organisations in the areas of Change Management, Leadership and Team Development, Employee Engagement, Executive Coaching and Culture change. Prior to that, Orla held various roles at HP in HR and Organisational Development including an EMEA wide Leadership and Organisational Effectiveness role. She previously held a number of HR Management roles in a range the Automotive, Health Care and financial services sectors. Orla holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree and MBA from Dublin City University and is a Fellow of the CIPD
As VP Marketing of The Now Factory, Oliver Finn is responsible for global marketing with a key focus on positioning the company as the leader in customer insights for data services. With an extensive business development and marketing background covering 16 years in the telecoms and communications industries, he has worked in a number of executive roles with leading startup and multinational companies in the US and EMEA. He holds a Master of Economic Science degree from University College Dublin, Ireland.
As Customer Operations Director of The Now Factory, Aidan McHugh is responsible for manufacturing, product deployments and post-sale support activities. Prior to The Now Factory, Aidan was a Business Operations Manager in Arantech and European Director Of Professional Services with Newbay Software. In both these roles, Aidan was responsible for managing the delivery of multiple large-scale, complex and innovative projects in the telecom sector across Europe, AsiaPac and the US. With over 24 years experience in the IT industry, Aidan is an honours Commerce graduate from University College Dublin.
