The Mobile Moments Insights application delivers a detailed view of the subscriber data journey at a segment level, enabling service providers deliver compelling service offerings and price plans that increase data penetration, optimise subscriber satisfaction, and drive greater profitability and efficiencies across their business operations.

With an intuitive GUI, Insights identifies what devices are the most popular for promoting data usage by measuring the average MB throughput per subscriber. It also tracks the top applications used by subscribers such as web browsing, email, and peer-to-peer. Furthermore, the user can drill down under each application type for more information on the associated data services and throughput levels. Insights supports key browsing categories including user interests and purchase intents with accompanying statistics on volume of data throughput and number of unique subscribers accessing each site.

Insights also has the ability to view the various trends associated with all supported browsing categories over different time periods. Users can easily view the popularity trends associated with different interests, purchase intents, websites, services, and devices by specific days of the week or specific times during the day. Analysis can be undertaken using the specific age and gender of subscribers, the different mobile devices used by subscribers, and the specific type of contract the subscriber is signed up to; whether it is pre-paid or post-paid. Additional analysis can also be conducted across all categories, detecting the usage patterns over different time periods and presenting the top risers and fallers within each category.

To protect subscriber privacy, no individual subscriber data is visible in Insights. All data is aggregated into high-level categories to provide customer, competitor, and market insights in real-time views and custom reports.
